3 oz (85 g) firm tofu, cubed
1 cup (100 g) broccoli florets
1/2 cup (50 g) bell peppers, sliced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add tofu back to the skillet, pour in soy sauce, and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
Flavoring Options:
Teriyaki Sauce: Make a low-calorie version with tamari, a touch of honey, and ginger (~15 calories/tbsp).
Zesty Tofu: Marinate tofu in lime juice, garlic powder, and soy sauce before stir-frying (~5 calories).
